Refund & Return Policy

1. 7-Day DOA Guarantee

   
   

   If your order arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 7 days so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
2. 30-Day Returns for Unopened Items

   
   

   Changed your mind? You can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

   The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return the original product, and place a separate order for the new item once your return has been approved.

   Add your apartment/unit number when filling your shipping address to avoid delivery issues.

5. Refunds

   We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, informing you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
